We aim to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible and keep delivery expectations clear.
Coffee and made-to-order merch are fulfilled by different partners, so they ship in separate parcels. You are charged shipping once at checkout, not twice.
Coffee is roasted on demand. UK orders ship the next working day, Monday to Friday, with an 11 am cut-off. US orders dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. We do not roast or dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days.
Made-to-order merch is produced and delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow delivery.
During peak periods (especially December), dispatch and carrier times can extend. We will publish seasonal cut-off dates on the site when they apply.
