Peruvian coffee, decaffeinated with the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, then medium roasted. Expect nutty undertones, chocolate and a touch of caramel sweetness in a smooth, balanced cup made for late evenings.

Brew guide: 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 fl oz of water, just off the boil (195 to 205°F). For a French press, use about 4 tablespoons of coarse grounds per 16 fl oz and steep for 4 minutes.
